In todays world it can be tough to get anything done. Not only are there distractions every where, but it seems like there just isn’t enough time in the day to get everything done. Or if you are like me and forget what you needed to do. I get motivated and start thinking about the things I need to do in the beginning of the day, something distracts me, and then I forget and start doing other unproductive things. So if you are like me and need some help remembering the things you need to do or just somewhere to keep a list that’s easily accessible, try these to-do list services.

Nozbe
A web based task manager that works through your browser. You can connect to it through your mobile phone and sync it with your iPhone. There a lot of features an it works well with other applications including Gmail, iGoogle, Jott, and Twitter. You can organzie your tasks and projects into separate groups like home or work and collaborate with others on them.

Ta-da List
Ta-da List is a very simple browser to-do list from 37 Signals. It’s free, easy to use, and you can create a bunch of lists with different tasks and once your finished, check them off.

Todoist
Another web-based to-do list with a simple interface. It contains a calendar to set due dates and reminders for upcoming events or tasks and a hierarchy system for tasks within tasks. It also integrates easily with many other things including Gmail and Firefox.

reQall

TaskFreak! is a web-based task manager that is simple but efficient. With the ability to set priorities, deadlines, and individual lists, TaskFreak! is a must for productivity.

HiTask
Web-based task manager for both individuals or businesses with many features. You can group and tag your tasks, sync it with your calendar, share tasks with your group, and even assign tasks to specific members. It’s also accessible from anywhere including your mobile phone.

Remember The Milk
Remember The Milk is probably one of the most popular task managers around. You can manage your tasks easily, receive reminders to just about any service, use a tag cloud for your tasks, locate your tasks on a map, add important dates with a simple email or the Quick Add feature, and even share your lists with others. You can sign up for free, upgrade to a pro version, or get the app for the iPhone.

NowDoThis
Web based to do list with no signing up. Simply edit the list and it will show up. Click done when you have completed that task and it will show the next one. When you have finished all your tasks, it will display a nice “all done!” message.

Evernote
“Evernote allows you to easily capture information in any environment using whatever device or platform you find most convenient, and makes this information accessible and searchable at any time, from anywhere.” That pretty much sums it up. You can download it for Windows or Mac, or just use it on the web.

WorkHack
Web based to-do list that mimics a white board where you simply type in the tasks and give them a specific importance. There are three different importance settings: high in red, medium in a yellowish-orangish striped color, and low importance in green. You can also set up visualization by size.

Toodledo
Another free web-based to-do list that apparently only takes 31 seconds to register for. You can organize your tasks in a myriad of different ways like folders, tags, and goals. With Toodledo’s special tool (I know it sounds dirty, but it’s not, I promise), you can actually improve your productivity as it analyzes different data and creates a tailor-made schedule.

You got stuff you need to do every day right? Well, sign up for Daily To Do and it will remind you every day to do it. Simple.

Cool Moon To Do
Downloadable to-do list with some cool features like a heirarchy system, automatic archiving, lights to show importance or how urgent something is, and the ability to print.

Wipee List
Simple web-based to-do list with a very uncomplicated interface. Easily add new tasks, cross them out when done, and setup reminders. “Wipee List may be free, but that doesn’t mean it sucks.” Exactly,

Swift To-Do List
Free web based version of swift software’s to-do list. Hierarchal tree structure makes organizing lists easy, built in reminders makes forgetting tasks difficult, and allowing other users access so that you can collectively get things done is beneficial.

Free web-based group task management system with a ton of features. Think of it as a social network of people who like to get things done.

Another web-based to-do list that touts itself as “uber simple.” After testing the demo account, it’s a simple but effective design. Create categories, drag and drop tasks from one group to another, check off and delete tasks and they disappear, and check your history of finished tasks.

Very simple free web-based to-do list. It’s a no frills design but gets the job done.

Simple, free web based application that lets you search through Google, YouTube, Wikipedi, and others through one search box, take notes, and even set up and manage a to-do list.

Do you like making lists? Do you like sharing those lists? Than blist is for you! It’s a social network where you can create a list for anything and share it. It’s free but you can sign up for a premium account.
