Another article from Mashable from the same author as the one above. The best tips in the article are the last two: integrate your social network profiles and make your resume shareable. There are quite a few social network aggregator s (which I will post a list of tomorrow) which let you easily integrate them. The author also gives a few examples of social media resumes so you can get a good idea on how to do it.
Using Social Media to Find a Job in a Down Economy
Obviously this isn’t the best economy to find a job but using social media can make it a lot easier. Basically the old adage of “it’s not what you know, but who you know” applies here. So get out there and network!
